RETURNS
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.
  • Please note: shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive cod may be denied, or the cod amount may be deducted from your return.
  • Final sale items may not be returned.We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 30 days after the order date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.
  • Items should be returned new, unused, and with all SHOP-E-MODE and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

SHOES

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

UNDERWEAR & SWIMWEAR

Purchased SHOP-E-MODE underwear and swimwear should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.

How Do I Process a Return or Exchange?

Included with each purchase is a pre-paid UPS return shipping label. Securely pack and seal your package and send it back to us using the pre-paid UPS shipping label. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

Refunds & Processing Time

If your package arrives at shop-e-mode within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from shop-e-mode.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will be contacted via email with your order confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your package at www.ups.com using the assigned tracking number.

Important Information
  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on SHOP-E-MODE. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
  • All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
  • Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
